In February 2026, Bayer agreed to a major new nationwide class settlement filed in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri. This settlement has been preliminarily approved and is currently undergoing final judicial review. If finally approved, it will become the first nationwide class resolution for Roundup-related cancers.
